The Malibu Beach Retreat offers a wide range of settings and backgrounds for still and motion photography. Please review our photo gallery for images of the property. There are many ocean, sunset, moonlight, Hawaiian, Malibu, and architectural scenes and backdrops.  The Shed, featuring a 40’ x 60’ room and 13’ ceiling height, is a flexible interior space suitable for transformation with sets and props.    

The 3.5 acre estate has direct access to Pacific Coast Highway with a secondary entrance to a back street: a fully private, fenced and secure property with very limited views into the site. Multiple paved parking areas and long paved driveways accommodate over 30 vehicles.  The retreat is a large, easy to access property accommodating to both large and small productions.

Our property manager will facilitate City of Malibu permits as required for still and motion photography.
