Bluff House

Spanning several hundred feet of flat grassy bluff, the three bed-room, four bath Bluff House has sweeping ocean views from every room.  Pavilion like, the warm inviting architecture typifies modern indoor/outdoor casual living; the mahogany paneled interior flows seamlessly onto a tropical garden courtyard surrounding the large pool.  Featuring an all stone bathroom with a steam shower, spa tub and bonus sleeping nook, the master suite also has a private patio.  Two additional bedroom suites with all stone baths, a powder room, media room, great room, gourmet kitchen, outlook bar and romantic dining room complete the Bluff house.

The Shed

Affectionately known as “The Shed”, the 3,500 square foot loft-like home has three en-suite bedrooms plus a loft with two queen beds, providing flexibility for families and larger groups. The Shed interiors open onto flagstone patios featuring several seating areas overlooking the gardens, lawn and pool. Featuring a 40’ x 60’ great room equipped with a full kitchen, big screen TV, fitness equipment, ping pong table and multiple seating areas, it’s an ideal space for gatherings, games, and activities.
